44 Fitness has been started by a couple who believe that keeping fit is an important part of life. We know that finding time to train can be hard for people with their busy schedules and lifestyles. So here at 44 Fitness we have shorter commitment times for long term gains. In blocks of just an hour at a time, 3 days a week, for 5 weeks, committing is just that easy.
44 Fitness has been designed as circuit training sessions to suit members of all abilities whether a beginner or the trained athlete. With pre and post testing within each block you will be able to measure your personal results easily. If you attend as an individual, a couple or your own small team be assured that there will be enough variety and challenges to push you to your limits and allow you to perform to your very best.
Thomas Cameron is a fully qualified personal trainer who studied at the New Zealand Institute of Sport. He has been lucky enough to play a number of Softball seasons around the world including Japan, USA, Australia and Italy. He has represented New Zealand since 2001 and was a member of the team that won the World Series in 2004.
Keeping fit is something Thomas enjoys doing, with his main client focus being on weight loss, toning up and most of all being the best you can be. “It takes preparation, focus, determination and guidance to achieve a result”
